Denise's Story
Denise*, a 21-year-old woman, sought my help during a transitional phase in her life. She had recently completed her university degree and received a job offer in another state. While she was enthusiastic about her future, there was one issue that troubled her. Denise had always relied on her mother's presence and heavy sedation to board a plane. Although she could drive from Brisbane to Sydney for the move, her new job would require frequent air travel, which would obviously not be possible with her fear of flying.
Denise had hoped that as she grew older, her fear would diminish, but unfortunately, it had only intensified. During our session, I was guided to take her back to a childhood memory that had deeply impacted her. The memory was of her watching the news coverage of planes crashing into buildings in New York. This had left a lasting impression on her young mind, and as I shared this information with her, she visibly reacted, overwhelmed by the emotional weight of the memory.
Together, we worked to gain a higher understanding of what she had witnessed and the beliefs she had formed around it. In doing so, I was shown a past life where Denise had perished in a plane crash. Her consciousness had connected to that past life, as a means for her young mind to comprehend the tragic events she saw on the news in her present life.
Children often seek information to make sense of their surroundings, and those who are energetically attuned may tap into past life experiences, creating visceral memories in their present state. We dedicated time to comprehending and realigning Denise's past life and the beliefs she had internalized. Through this process, we successfully severed the energetic attachment to that timeline, and balanced her programming around flying in this life.
By the end of our session, Denise felt significantly more positive about the prospect of flying. A few weeks later, she excitedly informed me that she had taken her first solo flight and remained awake and calm throughout the entire journey.
